Most billing tasks (cancel, update card, view invoices) can be done yourself in seconds — sign in and go to app.bield.run/me/billing. Email us only if something there doesn't work.

Race organisers — get your race indexed

Bield is an index, not a platform — we index over 1,900 races globally, half-marathon distance and above, and add the layer no race platform offers: a 3D course view, a verified pacer / crew / marshal marketplace, and race-day photo capture with per-runner tagging. Your existing race platform stays where it is.

Want your race in the Bield index? Apply at the application form or email us directly. We approve organisers by hand — 1–2 working days. Once indexed, your race gets a 3D course view, auto-derived marshalling positions, and a verified directory of pacers / crew / coaches.

Common tasks — do-it-yourself shortcuts

  • Cancel my Premium — sign in → Billing → "Manage subscription".
  • Download an invoiceBilling shows every past invoice with a one-click PDF download.
  • Change my password — sign-in screen → "Forgot password" → reset link arrives in <1 min.
  • Delete my accountPrivacy & data → "Delete my account". Full hard-delete in 30 days; immediate hide from search.
  • Stop email notificationsNotifications → toggle each category.
  • Update my profile / rolesMy profile → tap each role to edit.

Response times

We aim for these as a hard floor. We're usually faster.

  • Billing & subscriptions: same business day (UK working hours, Mon–Fri).
  • Account & login: within 24 hours, every day.
  • General questions: within 48 hours.
  • Race-day urgent: if it's the morning of your race and you can't get into the app, email support@bield.run with "URGENT — race day" in the subject and we'll prioritise.
